Wendy Riddle is an experienced Educational Consultant that has the ability and knowledge to work with troubled teens and their families. The focus is to find the appropriate placement (therapeutic program) for your son or daughter. Wendy Riddle, who has decades of experience working with parents and troubled teens says, "I believe that it takes the ability to look “outside the box” for solutions. Every child and family member is unique in their talents, interests, and struggles. I know this because not only have I been in the field of Special Education, but I also have two children and a husband, all of which have completely different needs, strengths, and weaknesses. Every day there are triumphs, failures, and learning experiences. When one child is struggling, the whole family unit is affected. Emotions also have a tendency to cloud judgment during the times of crisis. That is why it is important to understand that the healing process is a journey that will include all of the family."

Wendy has worked directly in therapeutic boarding schools for troubled teens. Wendy started out as a night staff, and then advanced to a child care worker before moving on to become an assistant program director, program director, and admissions director. Wendy has also held the position of program administrator. Most recently Wendy has worked as a family restoration director, parent coach, and professional educational consultant. Wendy's main job is to help the parent find the perfect placement, enrollment, or program for the troubled teen. Wendy entered this field many years ago when she found herself looking for a therapeutic boarding school for her daughter. Today her daughter is a happy, well adjusted, powerful young woman who works with families in crisis.
