Teens can't go to the doctor and get a wart removed without their parents permission and payment, but they can have an abortion or request for testing services (pregnancy testing, STD testing, HIV testing, etc.) but the parents cannot have access to those records unless the child give's their permission. This is outrageous! And, it is one of the reasons why the troubled teen issue in America is an epidemic and growthing worse every day.
